How do I order a headstone?

It's simple - here's how it works, step by step:

  • Choose a design you love and personalize it with a name, dates, and a short phrase
  • Place your order - our manager will reach out within 24 hours
  • Receive a ready-made design proof by email - request any changes until you're 100% happy. Approve the final design with an electronic signature.
  • We begin production and keep you updated. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number
  • The headstone is delivered directly to the cemetery address. If installation is included - we arrange everything

The full cycle from order to delivery takes 24 to 60 days.

Can I see what my headstone will look like before it's made?

Always. Within 24 hours of placing your order, our manager will send you a personalized design proof by email. You can request any changes and approve the final version with an electronic signature - we never start production without your full approval.

Installation is available as an add-on service across all US regions. If you or the cemetery handle installation independently - we'll deliver the headstone directly to the cemetery, ready for your local installer.

Do I need to pay extra for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on all orders across the United States.

Does the price cover engraving?

Yes. Engraving is always included in the price.

Will my headstone come with a photo?

Yes, if you'd like one. On the product page you can choose to add a ceramic photo or a portrait engraving. Simply upload your photo when placing the order.

Does the cemetery need to approve the headstone?

Most cemeteries have their own requirements for size and material. We recommend checking in advance - and we're always happy to handle this for you. We'll confirm all the details after your order is placed.

What happens if my headstone is damaged during shipping?

We pack every headstone with great care - but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and attach photos. We'll replace it at no cost, no questions asked.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every headstone comes with a 50-year warranty. Granite and cast glass are among the most durable materials on earth - built to last for generations.

What size of a cremation urn do I need?

Our urns are universal - designed for adults (150–220 cu in), children (50–100 cu in), and pets (30–100 cu in depending on size). A loved one's ashes can also be divided among multiple urns for different family members, or combined with cremation jewelry to keep them close in more than one way.
